What is MSPercury?

MSPercury is a quoting and pricing workbench built for Managed Service Providers. You run an on-site audit, pick services from a catalog, and hand your customer a branded PDF quote. That is the whole loop: IT Assessment → catalog → quote → PDF.

Who we built it for

MSPs with 2 to 50 employees who manage IT for small and mid-sized customers. If you have ever talked a prospect through a server-room walk-through and then spent an evening stitching together a spreadsheet quote, this tool is aimed at you.

The problem we solve

MSP quoting is a mess. Most shops live in three separate worlds:

  • A folder of Word and Excel templates that slowly diverge from each other
  • An audit that lives in a notebook, a camera roll, or someone’s memory
  • Prices that drift because nobody remembers what the last quote said

We pull those three worlds into one place. The IT Assessment is structured, the service catalog is your single source of truth, and every quote is an immutable snapshot of what you offered on the day you offered it.

The 60-second mental model

Five nouns explain most of MSPercury:

  • Customer — a company you serve. The header of every quote and IT Assessment.
  • IT Assessment — a structured on-site IT audit. Categories, questions, findings, photos.
  • Finding — one issue spotted during an IT Assessment (e.g. “backup never tested”). Carries a severity and, ideally, a link to a catalog service that fixes it.
  • Service catalog — your priced list of what you sell (RMM, EDR, backup seats, M365 support, on-site hours). Quotes pull from it.
  • Quote — services + quantities + prices, sent to the customer as a branded PDF and a share link.

A finished IT Assessment turns into a quote in one click, because each finding already points at the catalog service that resolves it. That one link is the core idea of the product.

What makes us different

  • EU-native, not just EU-hosted. Built and operated by a German company (UG, AG Köln HRB 111 656). Servers run on Hetzner in Falkenstein, GDPR-by-design, three-locale UI (DE/EN/ES). Quote PDFs follow DIN 5008. The Stripe push handles USt-IdNr, EU reverse-charge, EIN and GST/HST out of the box. EU compliance isn’t bolted on after the fact — it’s how we ship.
  • A free tier that stays free, then two honest paid plans. Pricing is three tiers, billed monthly, cancellable monthly, no minimum term:
    • Free — €0, single operator, a limited but genuinely useful feature set. The first 100 workspaces (the Founding-100 cohort) keep the Free tier permanently.
    • Solo — €59 / $59 / £49 / CA$79 / MX$1,099 per month, flat. Every Pro feature unlocked for a single-operator MSP.
    • Team — €49 / $49 / £39 / CA$65 / MX$929 per user / month. Everything in Solo plus a multi-user workspace. The split between Solo and Team is seats, not features — Solo MSPs get the full toolkit without paying for seats they don’t use. No annual contract, no auto-renewal trap, no surprise downgrade. The data export is one click and Art. 20 GDPR compliant.
  • No platform tax, no vendor lock-in. Stripe runs on YOUR account with YOUR API key — money flows directly between you and your customer, MSPercury sees the API response, never the cash. AI features are bring-your-own-key (Anthropic, OpenAI, or self-hosted Ollama). No token markup, every AI feature optional and disable-able. We’re a tool, not a tollbooth.

Where to go next

We are early but production-ready: a public lead-gen flow with iframe embedding, an AI layer that drafts quotes, milestones, status updates and customer replies, dashboard MRR analytics, and the strict-tenant-isolation discipline you’d expect from an EU-hosted B2B tool.
