What does MSPercury cost?
Free, forever. You pay what you want, voluntarily, once you decide the product earns it. Pay monthly or yearly via bank transfer or card. There is no feature gate, no trial countdown, no “starter” tier that locks off the catalog. If you pay zero, you still get every feature on this page.
Where is my data stored?
In Hetzner Cloud, Falkenstein, Germany. EU only. No third-country transfer in the hot path, no US sub-processors touching your customer records. Backups are written nightly to a separate Hetzner volume in the same jurisdiction. If that needs to change for a specific customer, we tell you before we do it.
Can I use it on mobile?
Yes. The web app is a PWA — it installs to any modern phone’s home screen and runs offline-tolerant for the CheckUp flow. A native iOS wrapper built with Capacitor exists and is waiting on App Store review. A native Android wrapper sits on the roadmap under Later.
Do you offer a DPA / AVV?
Yes. The template lives at /legal/dpa. Fill it in with your company details, email it to us, and we return a signed copy — usually within a working day. Because everything runs in the EU on named Hetzner data centres, the DPA is short and boring, which is how it should be.
Can I cancel?
Self-service account deletion is on the roadmap for Q3 2026 as part of our GDPR Art. 17 work. Until it ships, email info@mspercury.com and we delete your tenant and all associated data within seven days, with a confirmation mail when it’s done. You can also export your full tenant as a ZIP beforehand from /settings/export.
What languages do you support?
English, German, and Spanish — in the UI, in this documentation, and in the generated quote PDFs. The CheckUp finding library ships pre-translated in all three. Switching language does not switch tenant; your data is the same, the chrome around it changes.
